Automatisierung ist der Modus, in dem eine Aufgabe dauerhaft vom Menschen auf ein System übergeht – human on the loop für Ausnahmen bis out of the loop.
Deterministische Automatisierung (RPA, Workflows) ist seit Jahrzehnten belegt; für LLM-basierte Automatisierung von Verwaltungsarbeit fehlen bislang Studien mit organisationalen Ergebnissen.
